We will acknowledge your complaint in writing within 5 business days of the complaint having been received. We will aim to resolve your complaint within 40 business days of the complaint having been received. We will issue you with a Final Response Letter upon completion of the complaint investigation. If you are unhappy with the outcome, you have the right to refer the matter to the Financial Services and Pensions Ombudsman.
